DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS The amount listed for each service is required as a non refundable deposit in order to reserve your appointment. The amount must be paid within 24 hours of the requested appointment or your appointment will be cancelled. Payments can be made via INVOICE, VENMO (@littlebabybabs) CASH or OVER THE PHONE (801-810-5101). Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. The deposit amount will be deducted from your total appointment cost at the time services are rendered. If for any reason you need to cancel/reschedule please contact me directly, so we can move appointments as needed. If an appointment is cancelled with the 48 hour window your deposit will not be lost. Thank you for the understanding, as I am not a large corporation and do not get paid an hourly wage, PTO/Vacation or sick leave. REFUND POLICY Please be advised I aim to serve my clients as best as possible with the education, training and experience invested with my own time and money, if you are dissatisfied with a service, you have 24 hours to contact me. If I am unable to accommodate your demands within the first "initial fix" any services thereafter must be paid by you, the client. No refunds will be issued past the "initial fix" service. Please raise any concerns you may have at the time of your appointment to ensure the best results and to save you time and money. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
